President
Cameron Copeland started his insurance career in the hard-market of 2002 with AIG, which led to a partnership opportunity in Cansure in 2011. After merging operations with Beacon Underwriting in 2014 and focusing on developing scale and growth to benefit customers, Cameron assumed the role of President in 2017. Now branded as Specialty Program Group Canada, Cameron leads a diverse team of professionals across Canada providing general P&C and niche/specialty insurance under operating brands Cansure, Beacon, and i3 Underwriting. As a leader, Cameron is focused on innovation and growth and ensuring a strong culture and operational platform that delivers excellent customer experiences and reliable results. Cameron holds an MBA from Queens University and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP), and Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designations.
David Marsh | President
Dave grew up in Gulf Islands of British Columbia and now makes his home in the Interior of the province. “I’m so happy to have the opportunity to achieve the work/life balance that living and working in a small town provides.” Away from the office Dave enjoys getting out and seeing the world, whether that’s from the top of a mountain, in a kayak or from the seat of a motorcycle. “I really love to travel and explore and I understand what it means to have those experiences interrupted. When the unexpected happens, I’m glad to be in a position where I can help people get back to what they love doing…. being out the on water, on the road or on the trails.”
Nathan Tjandrawinata | Managing Director
While Nathan’s love for outdoor activities remains, he has also developed a deep passion for the insurance industry. He finds fulfillment in assisting clients, giving them peace of mind, and getting them back to their everyday routines after unexpected events.
So, if you’re looking to talk insurance or get some sunny travel advice, look no further than Nathan. He’ll ensure you’re protected while bringing his vibrant and fun-loving spirit to the table.
Lori Manskopf | Vice President
One of Lori’s strong values is helping others. So, the insurance industry is a natural fit for her, creating the opportunity to help people prepare for the unexpected. Lori is entirely committed to bringing coverage solutions to her brokers and their clients.
When she’s not at work, supporting the Beacon sales team, Lori enjoys spending time with family and friends (fur baby included). She loves travelling, music, dancing, and kayaking. She’s also become something of a foodie, always looking forward to trying out the newest restaurants.
Evelyne Stremel | Segment Manager, Pleasurecraft
Meet Evelyne, she currently lives in the interior of BC, when she is not working, she enjoys taking her puppy Riley for hikes and spending time on Shuswap Lake, paddleboarding or fishing and camping around the region, she has also recently taken up golf.
Evelyne has been with Beacon for 22 years and is the Underwriting Manager and Practice Leader for pleasure craft. Having been with Beacon for many years she is very knowledgeable on all of Beacon’s Insurance products and enjoys sharing her knowledge with her team and the brokers she serves with the desire to provide good customer service and a quality product at a fair price.
Stacey Muller | Practice Leader, Motorcycles & ORV
Stacey began her insurance career in 2011 in processing, working in almost every department before taking on the Practice Leader role. She loves connecting with the motorcycle and off-road community at tradeshows, gathering market and consumer feedback, and genuinely cares about offering the best coverage to facilitate our client’s needs. Whether you need a quick quote, or have questions about Beacon’s Toys Program, Stacey is here to provide fast service and product knowledge when it matters most.
Nolan Keeley | Underwriter
Meet Nolan, originally born and raised in Ontario, now living in BC. When he is not working, Nolan enjoys wrenching on his car and motorcycle, getting out into the bush to camp or out on a lake to kayak.
Nolan joined the Beacon team as an Underwriter in 2022 and has been in the insurance industry since 2014 after graduating with his Ontario College Diploma in Business Insurance. Starting in the industry as a broker, Nolan has firsthand experience of what customers are looking for when it comes to their insurance needs and expectations. Along with his customer service experience, Nolan has a passion for all things motorized whether he is riding them himself or finding the best protection for his clients.
Joann Narain | Claims Examiner
Meet Joann, a born and raised Vancouverite, with a proud Fijian heritage. When Joann isn’t busy in the insurance industry, she spends most of her time cooking, cleaning, and taking care of her three beautiful children. With whatever’s left of her free time, she enjoys soaking up the sun, hiking and playing soccer and basketball.
Despite falling into insurance somewhat unexpectedly, Joann has grown to love every bit of it. Joann is driven to help clients navigate the claims process, getting them back to “normal” as quickly as possible.

Andrea Wilson | Claims Examiner
Meet Andrea, one of our claims examiner. When she’s not working on claims, she spends time with her family. Andrea loves food and music and is known to throw a dance party in the kitchen on a regular basis.
Andrea began her insurance career in 2011 as a receptionist, and later moved into commercial underwriting before she left the industry to start a family. She returned in 2020 and began working with claims where she found her spark. She finds it really cool to see insurance in action, but most of all loves seeing the positive impact our policies have made in people’s lives. She finds joy in providing support and positivity in unfortunate situations. Whether you’ve experienced a minor inconvenience or a serious accident, you can trust that Andrea will process your claim with care.
